The following information is required for the order:

 

1) Image ID

This can be found under the name of the painting, e.g. the three-part Ferrari F150, version A has the picture ID "F150-3-A".

 

2) Desired size

• Name, first name

• Postal address

• E-mail

• phone number if necessary

 

 

4) Gift voucher YES / NO ?

5) Own motif YES / NO ?

6) For own motif: Please state the exact designation of the car / aircraft model or enclose a photo (high-resolution and not compressed) of your desired motif.

The order process when buying a painting from the gallery works like this:

​

1) You send an e-mail to info@pilotessadesign.com with the above information.

 

2) You will receive an invoice within 1-2 working days.

 

3) After receipt of payment the painting will be prepared for printing and released for production.

 

4) After about 14 days your painting will be delivered to the desired delivery address. You will receive your certificate of authenticity for the painting separately by mail.

The order process for your own motifs works like this:

​

1) You send an e-mail to info@pilotessadesign.com with the above information.

2) Please enclose one or more photos (high resolution) of the desired motif. Alternatively - for no personalized object - simply tell us the exact name of the desired motif. We will then search for a suitable photo template ourselves.

3) You will receive an order confirmation with an invoice for 250€ as a deposit, which must be paid in advance.

4) After receipt of payment we will start to create a draft of your very personal painting. We may contact you by e-mail or telephone for further details. 

5) You will receive your digital draft / drafts by e-mail and you are allowed to express any change requests. The draft will be revised until you are completely satisfied. You are welcome to make use of our free ambient service.

6) When you are completely satisfied with your future painting and you have decided on a format, you give us the order release.

​

 

7) After order approval you will receive an invoice for the creation of your painting. Immediately after receipt of payment we will start with the order processing.

8) After 14 days your painting will be delivered to the desired delivery address. You will receive your certificate of authenticity for the painting separately by mail.

 

 

With purchase order including gift voucher:

 

1) Please send an email to info@pilotessadesign.com with the following information:

• name, first name

• Postal address

• E-mail

• phone number if necessary

• Format of the painting you want to give away

• Motif ID (if already known)

• Name of the presentee

• Delivery address for the gift voucher, if different from the billing address

 

 

 

2) If you have your own motif, as far as you already know it, please enclose a photo or give us an exact description of the desired motif.

​

 

3) You will receive an invoice for immediate payment (bank transfer or via Paypal).

 

4) After receipt of payment, your voucher will be sent immediately by post to the address you specified.

 

5) Your painting will be created as soon as you have specified the motif more precisely. Further procedure as described under "complete order procedure for own motives".
